How It Works

1. Clear Your Nose

Bend head forward, blow your nose forcefully to clear any clots.

2. Open the Clip

Extend clip arms, rotate sponges upward and insert into nostrils.

3. Pinch Action

4. Carry On

Keep in place for 10 to 20 minutes.
